Health Conditions
Students with potentially life-threatening health conditions (such as asthma, seizures, diabetes, and severe allergies) require an Emergency Care Plan (ECP) and medication orders from your health care provider to be in place before students may attend school. Any medications that are prescribed for a life threatening condition are Required to be in place before the student attends school.
